Help me make my team

OK im gonna give you a list of pokemon and i want you to tell me which pokemon should be on my team
ill also give a list of items so you can say which pokes will hold which items
Please give the list in order as in the best one 1st and the least best 6th so i can refer to the list when having 3 vs 3 battles too.

..... get your yanmega.. hes a great starter pokemon.... it must know hypnosis..... protect.... bug buzz...air slash.... great moveset...( i got on ev trained exactly like that)

out of thoses pokes i would pick theses pokes:

Yanmega
Gallade
Gengar
Metagross
kiss (maybe)
Breloom (maybe if u can teach it spore then yes)

1. if ur starters love you, you should have them know the ultimate moves
2. use the guys that have alot of different moves and that can kill a super effective opponent
3. use items like shell bells and leftovers for regaining health and magnets & charcoal or other items that can increase the power of the pokemons moves (magnet=electric, charcoal=fire ect.)
4. use some of those berrys that weaken to foes supper effective moves. (you can find them by talking to that girl in the town near lake valor[i forgot the name rit now] , the one with the safari zone.
5.use oran berrys and sitrus berrys(make them hold it to regain health when orange)
6. i personally like the razor claw out of those items. use the quick claw for slow guys (but it only works at random)
get a veriety of types(I find that a dragon, an electric and a fire do the job at battle towers) its always good to have a fire type/guy w/ fire move cause battle tower people like shedinja for some reason...
